We want you to love your purchase.
If you decide an item isn't for you, you can submit a refund request within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

Returns process:
To begin the returns process, please complete the form below and a member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you within 48 hours. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We encourage you to return your item via registered post so it arrives back to us safe and sound. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We take no responsibility for missing incoming return deliveries.

Return requests are valid on full-priced items only. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. The hygiene sticker and hang tag must also be attached and the item must be free from odours (including perfumes) and stains (including fake tan or make up). We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in suitable condition.

We aim to let you know the outcome of your return request within seven (7) working days of us receiving the item.
