International shipping times range from 2 to 16 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

For deliveries outside Australia, import duties and taxes may apply. The exact amount varies based on your order's value and your country's customs regulations. Please be aware that customs fees are separate from our shipping fees.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the return of your order to us. If this happens, you'll receive a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping costs and a $10 handling fee.

The shipping process is completed in two steps. Firstly, our dedicated team picks and prepares your order at our warehouse. This can take up to 48 hours from the placement of your order. Then, we hand your order over to one of our shipping carriers.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we have no control over the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to a shipping carrier. If you have a question about the delivery of your order once it has been dispatched, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, once your order has been delivered you can request a refund within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date. For more information, visit our refund policy.

If you have made a mistake with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within one (1) hour of placing your order. While we will try our best to accommodate your request, please note that it may not always be possible (for example, if your order has already been picked or an item is out of stock).

If you would like to change your delivery address, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to have your parcel redirected to your preferred address. You can find details of the shipping carrier in your shipping confirmation email.

If you decide an item isn't for you, you can request a refund within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date.

Return requests are valid on full-priced items only. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Hygiene sticker attached
• Hang tag attached
• No odours (including perfumes)
• No stains (including fake tan or make up)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in suitable condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We encourage you to return your item via registered post so it arrives back to us safe and sound. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us and we take no responsibility for missing incoming return deliveries. We aim to let you know the outcome of your return request within seven (7) working days of us receiving the item/s.

Signature Swim Skirt
If you're in-between sizes, we suggest sizing down. This is because our swim skirts are crafted with four-way stretch fabric and include a thick elasticised waistband, which can stretch to accommodate different shapes and sizes. Swimwear fabric also naturally stretches over time.

Off-Shoulder Swim Top
To find your perfect fit, we recommend that you measure your bust and underbust. If your underbust measurement is slightly smaller than your bust, choose a swim top that matches the size of your underbust.

However, if your bust measurement is 2 or more sizes larger than your underbust, we suggest choosing a swim top that matches the size of your bust measurement. This is to ensure that the top comfortably fits over your bust, while still receiving plenty of support from the elasticised band.

Afterpay is a buy-now-pay-later service that splits your purchase into equal four (4) payments, payable every two (2) weeks.

To use Afterpay, simply add items to your cart and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time Afterpay customers will need to create an account. Returning customers can simply log in to make their purchase.

Afterpay charges no interest on your installment plans. If you make repayments on time, you'll only ever pay the price of the item you've purchased. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will direct debit payments on the due dates, as outlined on your payment schedule.

Zip Pay is a buy-now-pay-later service that allows you to make a purchase, receive your items straight away and pay them off over time.

Repayments can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. There is no interest charged as long as a minimum repayment of $10 is made each week. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies, which is waived if you pay your statement closing balance in full by the due date.

To use Zip Pay, simply add items to your cart and and choose Zip Pay as your payment method at checkout. Repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments.

• Rinse your swimwear thoroughly with cold water after each use
• Hand wash your swimwear separately in cold water
• If you choose to use soap, we suggest using one that is mild and fragrance-free
• Dry your swimwear on a flat surface in the shade
• Do not iron, soak, dry clean or tumble dry your swimwear
• Do not roll up your swimwear when wet
• Avoid contact with suntan lotions and oils
• Avoid rough surfaces and jewellery that can snag your swimwear
